We want you to love your Sissy product! If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know within 10 days of receiving your product.
Conditions
Faulty Products
We will offer a refund or exchange if the product has a genuine fault.
If a fault does not amount to major failure in the basket, we are entitled to elect between providing you with a repair, replacement or other remedy.
For faulty items please email your contact details with a description and photographs of the fault to [email protected]
Wrong Size or Change of Mind
Our products are handmade so please note that all sizes noted are approximate only and colours may vary slightly.
Changed your mind? We will exchange the product if you change your mind, however all freight pertaining to the exchange is the customers responsibly. The goods will be returned and offered an exchange, only if the goods are still in an unused condition.
