Hat is lovely, however even though ordered on the Sunday prior to the Saturday event it arrived too late to be worn and as there are no refunds 🤷♀️ very disappointed

We are glad you love the hat.
In regards to your order, you actually ordered the hat on the 22nd November (Saturday), it was shipped by us on the 24th November (Monday) and according to your tracking number it was delivered to you on the 28th November (Friday).
As for no refund ,inside the parcel with your hat, there was a card that says to contact us directly if you are unhappy with your product. Which you did not do.
