Along the way there have been countless doctor’s appointments, scans, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and hospital stays. And with all of that came so much stuff — paperwork, pamphlets, scripts, medications, appointment cards, test results and all the other “cancery things” you suddenly find yourself carrying around.

I needed somewhere to keep it all together.

So I spoke to our beautiful sisters in Madagascar, and together we came up with the Sissy Support Basket — a beautiful, practical basket designed to carry all those things you need throughout treatment. Something you can grab for a doctor’s appointment, take to chemo or radiotherapy, pack for a hospital stay, or simply keep at home with everything in one place.

But there’s another reason this basket means so much to me.

I found that when I was diagnosed, my friends desperately wanted to help. They wanted to do something, but often they simply didn’t know what to do or what to say.

Give it just as it is, or fill it with thoughtful little things — a beautiful book, cosy socks, lip balm, hand cream, a water bottle, snacks, a handwritten note or anything that might bring a little comfort and its a reminder that they don't have to walk the road alone 💗
